Exiled Tibetans protest China’s Communist Party

Exiled Tibetans living in India's northern hill town of Dharamsala staged a protest on Sunday (October 16) to condemn the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in Beijing, with Tibetan Parliamentarian in-exile Namgyal Dolkar calling the Party 'a dictatorial regime'.
