Putin done with missile strikes, Ukraine attacks Belgorod, Biden dips into Pentagon stockpiles

Putin has stated that he's done with any further major strikes on Ukraine for now. At the same time, Ukraine continues to hit Belgorod in Russia, hitting an appartment, a power plant, and an oil depot. The CIS even attacked an area in Belgorod. Of course, the question comes up whether or not the Ukraine Military put them up to that. In hte meantime, Biden is dipping into the Pentagon's weapon stockpile as opposed to the "surplus" weaponry.
