The main theme of the song's melody is based on the Christian song "Jesus Let Us Come to Know You" (lyrics, 2022). Herman's Hermits were a part of the British Invasion beginning in 1964 (S. Montpelier, thedolphinlmc, Feb. 4, 2016).
