Prague cake in 15 minutes! Insanely delicious, incredibly soft and moist chocolate cake 😋🎂

Ingredients:
Eggs 5 pieces.
A pinch of salt.
Sugar 150g.
Beat until fluffy (about 7-10 minutes).
Flour 80g.
Cocoa 50g.
Corn Starch 30g.
Add 1 teaspoon of leavening agent if desired.
Mix gently from bottom to top.
Baking tray 40×30 cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Let cool down.
Trim the edges.
Cut into 3 even pieces.
Cream:
Beat 200 g butter at room temperature.
Beat for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the condensed milk at room temperature 380 g (1 glass).
Add slowly and in small portions.
Cocoa 40 g Stir until smooth.
If you wish, you can refrigerate the cream for 10-15 minutes.
of impregnation:
Water 150ml + Sugar 50g + Rum/Cognac/Brandy 20-40g.
Apricot jam 200 g.
Spread 1/3 evenly.
Assemble the cake as shown in the video.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Glaze:
Dark chocolate 70g.
Hot cream 30-36% 70 g.
Mix until smooth.
Chop the leftovers into crumbs for further decoration.
Decorate with milk chocolate.
