Hungry Hussey New Years Vlog 2018 - Collards and Hog Jowl on the Blackstone Too

Welcome to 2018! To start off the New Year, we must start with a southern New Years eating tradition (with a little north sprinkled in too with pork and kraut).

Southern tradition is to eat collard greens, black eye peas, and hog jowl. We also added to the menu mashed potatoes, pork chops, and pork and sauerkraut.

I like to saute the collards in the how jowl fat. I do that on the Blackstone griddle as well as the hog jowl and pork chops.
