Asian Pork and Spaghetti Squash Ramen on the Blackstone Griddle

This was an idea I had in my head to bring an Asian flare to some spaghetti squash I roasted previously.

Marinade for pork loin:
1/2 pound cubed pork loin
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1-2 teaspoons corn starch
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of rice wine vinegar

Broth:
1 cup low sodium beef broth
1-2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
Scallions (optional)
Mushroom (optional)
Combine and simmer.
