Leftovers are always a pain, Unless you figure out how to change them into a whole different dish. No more KFC, Popeye's, Bojangles, or other deli chicken has an excuse to go bad in your fridge again!!! It makes quick and is awesome for lunch the next day as well. (Ask me how I know!!!)
