The second crop of corn is IN .. and in under 90 days from seed to crop, The genetics of THIS batch of corn is prepared to help us gather 2 harvests every year. Good as a flour corn for long term storage, and quite tasty served up fresh with a knob of butter, too. We are in the midst of editing a long form video of the harvest, and making corn braids .. and at the end, we will hang ONE of them on the front of the house.
