This delicious sweet heat butter sauce takes it to the limit of sweet, savoury and spicy. You can add extra hot sauce if you're a wild one, but make sure you have a glass of milk near by. Or if you only like a touch of heat you can add just a dash of hot sauce, but we highly recommend at least adding a little bit for a little kick.

This sauce was originally designed for chicken and waffles, in particular a chicken and waffle pizza, which we also highly recommend. The sweet butter heat works magic with the fluffy yet crispy waffle grids. And that fried chicken ties it all together. This sauce knows what it's doing.

SWEET HEAT BUTTER SAUCE
Ingredients
1/4 cup MAPLE SYRUP
1/4 cup HONEY
2 tbsp BUTTER (melted)
1 tbsp HOT SAUCE

Instructions
1). In a mixing bowl add melted butter, maple syrup, honey, and hot sauce, mix well.
