How to Make Stir Fry Chicken on the Blackstone Griddle

In this video, I'll show you how to stir fry chicken on the Blackstone 36" griddle! Todd Toven fixes this stir fry on the Griddle More Tour. I've been meaning to try some of these stir fry noodles out. I got them at Walmart and they're in the Asian aisle. Hokkin noodles are the name.

This video was a little longer as it had some interesting items happen. Haha.

Overall it was fun and easy to make. Everyone loved the dish, espcially Maryn.

Ingredients:
2-3 chicken breasts (about a 1-1.5lbs)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Bell pepper (I used yellow and orange)
1 cup broccoli
1 onion chopped
Thumb of ginger
2-3 cloves garlic
Oil
Sesame oil (drizzle at the end)

Sauce:
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons corn starch
1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
2 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
