Patty Melt on the Blackstone Griddle

Is it a burger or a sandwich? Either way, it's good and very simple on the Blackstone griddle.

6.5 oz 80/20 ground chuck
1 part salt
1/4 part pepper
1/4-1/2 part garlic powder
1/4 part onion powder
1/4 part beef powder

American cheese
Mayo
Sweet salad cubes
Ketchup
Thick toast
Onions
Cooking white wine
