Gen X knew of this introverted empath singer/songwriter named Alanis and she wrote a song called Jagged Little Pill. It was about life. There are jagged, harsh truths we have to swallow in this 3D life. Struggle is all around. People are not happy. To change (heal) you have to make a choice to take the chance. Many do now even try bcs. it's outside of their comfort zone.
