Weather may worsen the Euro-Russia energy crisis

The energy crisis in Europe, brought on by the war in Ukraine, is forcing the continent to scramble to avoid fuel shortages this winter. But early weather forecasts point to the risk of a cold snap that could make it even worse. Matthew Larotonda reports.
