Ukraine authorities lost desire to negotiate once Russian troops were withdrawn from Kiev - Putin

President Putin outlined the role of Türkiye’s Erdogan, as well as the president of the UAE in prisoner exchanges, and reiterated respect for India and China’s calls to engage in dialog to resolve matters peacefully. Vladimir Putin also noted that Kiev made an official decision to end talks, though Russia would return to the table if the Ukrainian side ‘will be mature enough to negotiate’
