WATCH: Vision Screening for Blikkiesdorp FC and Cape Town Spurs FC Youth Academy.

SEEVA.org hosted a vision screening day for the youth of Blikkiesdorp FC and Cape Town Spurs FC Youth Academy. They provided more than 160 young soccer players (aged 8 -16) with compliant and comprehensive visual screenings by professional optometrists from SEEVA, with the support of CapetownSpurs, Maluuk explores, Rachels Wishes, Bauer Optometrists, Danneberg Optometrist and Urban Optik. Most of these kids have not had the privilege of having their eyes tested professionally. The value of SEEVA's system is that should they identify a child that needs a pair of prescription lenses, they are able to provide a pair on the day as well as detailed clinical reports to various stakeholders and parents.
