Taco Bell Mexican Pizza on the Blackstone Griddle

Appears Taco Bell is cancelling the Mexican pizza that has been on their menu for quite sometime. It happens to be a favorite of mine if I go there.

Here's my version of the Taco Bell Mexican Pizza!

1-1.5lbs 80/20 ground chuck
1 packet taco seasoning
Flour tortillas
Refried beans (little chicken stock and salt added)
Fiesta blend cheese
Enchilada sauce
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Serrano peppers
Lettuce
Red onion
Oil for frying
