The Truth about Rex-84 and the FEMA Camps #42

Rex 84 is short for Readiness 1984. This document was introduced in 1983-84 as part of furtherment / evolution of larger readiness exercise The Department of Defense Civil Disturbance Plan, also known by its cryptonym GARDEN PLOT. Operation Garden Plot is The Department of Defense Civil Disturbance Plan, was a general US Army and National Guard plan to respond to major domestic civil disturbances within the United States. The plan was developed in response to the civil disorders of the 1960s and fell under the control of the U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM). It provided Federal military and law enforcement assistance to local governments during times of major civil disturbances. This plan has set up the infrastructure to have actual concentration camps in the United States.
