NY Strip Steaks on the Pellet Grill

We love a big juicy steak, but adding this chimichurri sauce to the steak is another thing of beauty ya'll. Your next steak on the grill or griddle, add this chimichurri sauce to it for a flavor pop!

Ingredientes - Notice how I sprinkled on the steak for each ingredient, that way I see the coverage.

Steaks of your choice - These were on sale NY Strip steaks
Salt 1 - 2 teaspoons per pound
Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Beef powder - (see link tree and my Amazon store) - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon
Avocado oil
----------------------------------------
Chimichurri Sauce
4-5 green onions
1/4 - 1/2 cup cilantro (sub parsley if you like)
Juice of a lime
1/2 cup EVOO
1/4- 1/2 cup red onion
2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2-3 cloves garlic (I actually forgot this and did 1 tsp garlic powder)
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of sugar or add a tablespoon of honey or to taste
