Real Relationships, Faith Habits, Anger | Alita Reynolds & Lisa Toney

Author, Ministry Leader, and Faith Habits Coach Lisa Toney discusses focusing on scripture and how it seals its way into our heads and hearts. The Holy Spirit can bring it to us right when we need it!

Lisa and I talk about having patience and diffusing situations with those who are angry around us. Understanding our anger and where our angry feelings come from fosters the ability to live in peace and develop lasting relationships.
Lisa explains when we see someone angry, this secondary emotion is just the tip of the iceberg and how to help them when they are angry.

She shares her story of grief and how Jesus promises us that “He will turn our mourning into joy. Joy comes in the morning.” We have an opportunity to look toward this promise so that we can THRIVE.

We talk about slowing down and the elimination of hurry to facilitate our meaningful relationships.

We discuss how to STOP some bad habits in order to make room for the habits you want to START. If we want to get something different than what we have ever had in our lives, we have to do something different than we have ever done before.
