DEEPER UNDERSTANDING - "What do you do when you're sad?" Let's address the question otherWISE :)

One should understand and realise different principles in life. Meaning exists there where it is given resources to do so, otherwise it may just become more than it should be, and instead of staying as a tool, people will stupidly bow down to it. Suffering is still partly meaning, so handling what meaning is to you, why you accept and attach to it so much should be a greater priority than just feeling sad. Feeling sad is and shouldn't be a substitute to life. One can feel sad, though may rarely realise the true reason why they're sad or down. Too many variables to account for, yet simply put: one can simply let the sadness flow, or embrace it again as a normal, therefore drown in misery once more. This video is a lengthy one, however I do hope it covers what people would need to feel, understand and even realise. Whether they would have the patience, that is simply beyond me.
