Hey Friends! It's been a little while since I've shared a weekly grocery haul but this one was a little out of the norm. The boys and TD were preparing to be on the road and spending a couple days in Belton, TX at the Mother Earth News Fair. I got them stocked up with some healthy snack options for their backpacks so they would be able to make it through a couple long days on classes and traveling. As always I share with you our simple ingredient meal ideas for the week as well as one of my all time favorite fast go to recipes when I'm tired and pregnant.haha "Loaded Nachos"!!!
