Almond cake is quick and delicious and melts in your mouth!😋
What could be more delicious than melt-in-your-mouth chocolate glazed almond meringues. An easy almond cake recipe that anyone can make. The cake is incredibly delicious and just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:
Almond 200g. Cut into crumbs.
Egg white 200 g (5 large eggs).
Beat until fluffy on low mixer speed.
Add powdered sugar 200 g in parts.
Beat until peaks are stiff (about 10 minutes).
Add nut crumbs. Blend until smooth.
Pineapple 80-100g.
Mix.
Divide into 4 parts. Place each part in a 16/24 cm form.
Bake everything at the same time in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Leave to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Hot milk 25ml.
Instant coffee 1-2 teaspoons.
Mix and let cool to room temperature.
Soft butter 200 g (room temperature).
Beat for 3-4 minutes.
condensed milk 370 g room temperature.
Add in small portions.
Add coffee with milk.
collect cakes.
Chocolate 150g + hot cream 33-36% 150g.
Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Flaked almonds for decoration.
