Cylinder Object Disappears

This is a great capture of something unknown, which was caught awhile ago by Jason Suraci while he was living in Colorado.

I found this capture to be some really interesting evidence of something strange - what it is, I don't know, but what I do know is that this isn't starlink, even though it looks like it.

Why isn't this starlink?

Because starlink satellites are launched way higher in our atmosphere, then this object appears to be. How do I know? Because this object is observed flying underneath the clouds. It is impossible, for starlink satellites to fly under the clouds, as their payload is typically launched out over 200 km. Had this, been starlink satellites, they would not have been under the clouds, they would have been overtop of them.

What makes this even more strange, is that this, whatever it is, disappears as it ascends into the clouds.
