Full Bodycam Of CT State Trooper Calming Suicidal Veteran

Code Three has obtained the full bodycam footage of an interaction between Connecticut State Trooper Kyle Kaelberer and a veteran in distress that occurred on Sept 11th, 2022. Most of the video has been blurred, and audio portions have been redacted to protect the identity of the veteran.
