PA Gubernatorial Candidate Mastriano plans to assign special prosecutors to high crime areas

Pennsylvania Gubernatorial Candidate Doug Mastriano says he’s planning to seek authorization from the Pennsylvania General Assembly to assign special prosecutors to high crime areas in the state.
