At a news conference in Pickering, Ont., Prime Minister Justin Trudeau highlights his government's affordability plan as well as its latest military aid package for Ukraine. Responding to questions from reporters, he comments on his government’s relationship with Alberta under new premier Danielle Smith, as well as its ongoing efforts to strengthen gun laws in the wake of a fatal shooting of two police officers in Innisfil, Ont., the previous day.
