Cherokee Therapy Episode Four: Jeep Shakes Uncontrollably? You Have Entered: THE DEATH WOBBLE ZONE

My Jeep XJ has track bar bushings that failed twice within a year, and I'm waiting for them to fail again. I suspect I have a suspension that is too stiff. Here I examine the physics behind death wobble and why it's nearly always the track bar, except that it's not actually the track bar - not really. At least in my case. I have brand new u-joints (spicer), bearings + hubs (FAG), wheels - properly aligned, Ball joints (spicer), steering knuckle, steering kit, etc. Everything is new and likely not the cause of my death wobble. The only problem I have is that my suspension is WAY TOO STIFF. Car repair
