Here are some clips from a triple jump workout from this weekend. As you can see, Shingai exhibits much more skill and bounce with his plyometrics, where I try to power through them using force rather than finesse.

Plyometrics are a great way to become more athletic, more elastic, to improve coordination, and to enhance power output.
