Sonjali Di Guida is my guest for this first episode after the summer hiatus!

Sonjali is a passionate and outcome driven hypnotist, dedicated to helping individuals master their growth mindset, from the very core of their beings – the subconscious. With her training from the Master Hypnotist Society as well as utilization in Neuro Linguistic Programming systems, her clinic, The West Island Hypnosis Center has helped her many clients make transformational changes – both personally and professionally.

In this enlightening conversation, we talk about using hypnosis to reveal the underlying motivations and deeper reasons for personal habits, patterns of behavior and the choices we make in life. By layering hypnosis with NLP programming to create outcome based goals and practices with her clients, she helps effectuate change in people’s lives.

She even demonstrated the use of an “anchor” on me for shifting stress response live in the episode! You get a glimpse of Sonjali at work and she is simply marvelous.
