In this episode, I welcome Dr. Shauli Mukherjee, Director at Adamas University in India.

We discussed the ground-breaking work she has done in founding STEM World School, the first STEM school in West Bengal, India and the challenges she has faced in instituting these novel and highly intuitive learning models. She describes the approach of experiential, activity-oriented and stress-free learning which contributes to the happiness and thus the healthier development of the students. She is also an advocate for conscious parenting, wherein a parent’s self awareness and personal growth directly affect the experiences of their children within the family.

She is an innovator and leader in education, working hard to re-align education with holistic values and varying learning styles, to give all children and students the opportunity to tap into their innate strengths and succeed. She believes her passion for education will impact, inspire and touch the lives of many through the ennobling power of Education and thereby help to create positive change in the world.
