A Speeder Ride Along Most Of The Doe River Gorge ETWNC 8-17-22

Elements of this video have been altered for speed and sound but the camera had a mind of it's own and improvised all of the movement! This particular day I talked a great guy named Anthony into helping on the railroad for a few hours. Since I was waiting on parts for the chainsaw, I decided it would be fun to work in a spot I had never worked much before, the rock slide! The sandstone broke apart pretty easy compared to a harder stone of course. If we spent a week there we probably could have got it good enough to drive the speeder through again but there are higher priorities. I should be back in November if anyone around there feels like cutting or digging...
