Interstellar Objects from Alien Worlds 👽 #shorts

Faust Checho breaks down the interstellar object known as Oumuamua, a Hawaiian saying for "a messenger from another world." This object entered our solar system defying our knowledge of astrophysics so astrophysics researchers at Harvard led by famous astrophysicist Abraham Avi Loeb conducted experiments that showed the object couldn't possibly be an asteroid or comet so they dubbed it an interstellar object.

Abraham's theory was the object was debris from an advanced alien civilization which created light sails propelled by solar radiation, and this is actually possible as Earth has conducted similar experiments crafting light sails in projects like Ikaros or the Breakthrough Starshot Initiative.
