In continuing recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, it’s important to note that the Latinx and Hispanic communities account for nearly 19 percent of the United States population, and 68.3 percent of those people are in the workforce. Predictions from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics tell us the Hispanic population will continue to grow, which raises the importance of their current impact and how it will affect the future.
