ADDITIONAL NOTA BENE: I have to add that I think it's important really and clearly convey that it was not my yogic TM mantra, nor kabbalistic studies, nor any ritual or technique that led to this experience. It was time: 8 or 9 years of daily or often twice daily meditation. That's what gets you there, time and discipline, not secret techniques or magical words. You don't need any special mantras. But if you want one, you can use the Cloud of Unknowing method if you're a Christian, or equivalent methods for whatever your religious (spiritual) tradition is or one that calls to you. JUST to be clear.
