Banana cake
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 4 medium bananas (or 3 large) as much
the more mature the sweeter the dough
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (or coconut oil)
sunflower)
- 2 cups of fine oat flakes (if yours
blender is not very powerful mix the
oatmeal in a bowl)
- 1 spoon (sp) demerara sugar (but you can
also be brown or coconut)
- 1 spoon (sp) full of baking powder
- Cinnamon to taste
- 2 medium or 1 large bananas, sliced to
the background.
PREPARATION MODE:
In the blender add the eggs, oil and
chopped bananas. Beat well. put the
sugar, cinnamon and oats (if you prefer you can
mix the oatmeal afterwards in a bowl). After
mix, add the yeast and mix more
a little. Grease a 28x20 mold with olive oil
coconut and sprinkle the sugar, cut the bananas
middle and line the bottom of the form facing
low. Pour the dough.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes on a
temperature of 180 degrees.
TIP: Let cool a little and unmold
turning the caramelized part up on the
time to serve.
