Does happiness matter? Should happiness be a goal of government? By that measure, Tim Walz is the worst governor in Minnesota history. He deliberately threw 1 in 5 Minnesotans into serious depression in a failed attempt to reduce COVID deaths. Those of you who have ever been depressed know that nothing, absolutely nothing, could possibly be worth throwing 1 million Minnesotans into that misery.
