Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard announces she's leaving the Democratic Party

Terrance Bates reports that former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard has announced she’s leaving the Democratic Party in a Twitter post on Tuesday morning, where she called for other “common sense, independent-minded Democrats to join [her] in leaving the Democratic Party.”
