I realized that getting regular exercise is not easy for many people, especially if you are not well, but it must be done. All of the above-mentioned exercises can be done at home for FREE. We are all busy but it does not mean that we cannot get healthy. To me healthy means better life with loved ones, a more active life, and less stress. Healthy means confidence. Healthy means happiness! Be healthy!
