Ingredients and preparation:

0:44 Add 3 tbps of instant oats into a bowl.
0:57 Add one chopped and deseeded apple.
1:10 Add half a cup of unsweetened almond milk.
1:23 Add 3 to 4 deseeded dates.
1:36 If you don't have dates, sweeten with 1 tablespoon of honey.
1:49 For better results let it soak for 5 minutes.
2:03 Add all ingredients into a blender jar.
2:07 Add half a cup of unsweetened almond milk.
