Learn how to cook snake and frog dishes in Luang Prabang Laos. The snake dish is a soup with many herbs, galangal and then the snake added to create a very nice soup, it had a strong lemongrass taste followed by the fire of chillies. Watch the reaction from the French couple who tasted at the end of video. Snake meat was chewy with many bones but quite nice flavour. The frog dish was made with many herbs, with dill being the hero of the dish. It was my favourite and very tasty.
