DRAGON FRUIT - HOW TO OPEN

Dragon fruit is such an amazing fruit, from the plant it grows on, to the actual fruit itself. The flesh can be a white or red variety. I love the subtle taste of the red myself, just be careful not to get the juice on your clothes. Here is a little video showing a simple way to cut and present a Dragonfruit.
