Quick Tip - Clean up Weight Painting

We're trying to animate a walk cycle for the coffee cup. One issue is it's a heavy mesh and that lead to jaggies caused by pixals that were missed in weight painting. The quick tip demonstrated here is rotating the joints/model to find those missed points and get them weight painted.
