NYC installing Emergency Response and Relief Center for migrants

New York City is installing a new Emergency Response and Relief Center as migrants continue to overwhelm the city. With more than 16,000 asylum-seeking migrants pouring into the city over the last few months, the facility is expected to hold 500 people while they adjust to life in the United States.
