Round Rock Texas School Child Abuse Scandal

I’m Tatiana, Quintin’s mom. Earlier this year, Quintin suffered terrible abuse at his school for children with special needs. After his Vice Principal violently threw him into a brick wall, the school lied to me about it, they tried to cover it up and they ignored us, hoping it would go away. Texas Department of Family Protective Services (CPS) investigated and determined there was no abuse because it didn’t meet the definition of abuse. The police never arrested the violent offender because it was only a class C misdemeanor. His teaching credentials still remain intact. The remaining staff who witnessed the abuse were never reprimanded and still work at the school. The school district hasn’t faced any kind or reprimand for lying or ignoring us.

There has been NO #justiceforQ

I’m working hard with leaders to make legislative changes to help protect children from abuse by those we are supposed to trust to protect and educate our children. Which is why I can’t be silent.

I’m also taking Round Rock Independent School District to court. The district needs to be held accountable. If history is any indication, I don’t expect this to be a quick or easy lawsuit. I expect they will draw this out to financially drain me into silence.
