'Stop this genocide': Kyiv mayor at blast site

The mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, visited the site of a missile attack in his city Monday. The air strikes on several cities were the biggest since the start of the war, with the mayor pleading to "stop this genocide of the Ukrainian population."
