A QUARTER OF SAN FRANCISCO'S OFFICE SPACE IS EMPTY AS HOMELESSNESS AND CRIME ARE ON THE RISE
San Francisco's office vacancy rate has risen to a record 25.5% at the end of September, up from 4% in 2019, according to Bloomberg, citing new data from real estate brokerage CBRE Group Inc. The amount of vacant office space surpassed levels after both the 2008 Great Recession and the dot-com bust.

Remote work isnt the only driving force... Bay Area street corners have become overrun with homeless people and Fentanyl addicts thanks to Democrat-led policies. Data shows 20k people will be homeless in San Francisco (up from 5,180 in 2019).

Here is what the homeless have to say about San Francisco streets in their own words:
---
"I mean if we're gonna be realistic, they pay you to be homeless here"

"They make it so easy and normalize it. They allow the open air drug market."

"Drug dealers are just being let go, over and over again"

"I've never seen anything like it and I've been in the game for over 30 years."
