Does the existence of the DOJ violate the establishment clause?

Here's the Fist Amendment: (This may be helpful to non-Americans checking out this show) "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.". It seems to me like the DOJ has become the leftist state church, therefore violating the establishment clause.
Since leftists treat the DOJ like a religion, and the FBI as their messiah.
