Ukraine cities bombed in apparent revenge strikes

Russia bombed cities across Ukraine during rush hour on Monday morning, killing civilians and destroying infrastructure after President Vladimir Putin declared an explosion on the bridge to Crimea to be a terrorist attack. Rosanna Philpott reports.
