Managing the user access. WordPress has six pre-defined roles: Super Admin, Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor and Subscriber.

This is not something I would recommend has to be done, however it will better security using your full name as a login is better. If you feel confident do it, if not ask me and I'll do it for you!
