‘Iron Men’ make jet suit entrance onto HMS Queen Elizabeth

Shows the ‘Iron Men’ flying onto HMS Queen Elizabeth waving a flag with a Union Jack on it.

In the incredible scene, the servicemen fly over the Atlantic in the suits — which can reach speeds of more than 85 mph and stay airborne for over 10 minutes — before landing, much to the delight of amazed onlookers.

The jetpacks were made using innovative technology from Gravity Industries and the Royal Navy has been testing out the Jet Suit for assault teams for about two years.

According to Gravity Industries, the jetpacks utilize more than 1000 bhp of Jet Engine power to give people an “intense and enthralling spectacle,” adding it’s “often likened to the real life Ironman.”
